ABOUT COMMANDER CITY
A housing project located on Motorway M9, in the vicinity of DHA City, Bahria Town and ASF Housing Scheme, about 40km from toll plaza. Phase 1 (100 acre land) comprises of 80 and 120 square yard units (two plots can be joined to form 160 or 240 syd bungalow), 100 square yard commercial plots, and studio apartments. In our regular scheme, we have constructed units and open plots.

The front commercial land of ‘Commander City’ has been allocated to ‘Commander Welfare Trust’ which is a charity wing of Commander Builders (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. A grand mart, namely Commander Superstore is being established on this commercial land which is expected to be the only superstore of its kind in the country as it will purely function on NO-LOSS-NO-PROFIT basis for the welfare of society. It will surely be the most affordable store of the country for all range of household items. This superstore will In sha Allah be functional in year 2018-19.

Commander City is around 40km from Karachi Airport, on Motorway M-9, near DHA City and ASF Housing Scheme. For the convenience of the general public, especially our members/residents, a high-speed shuttle service, managed and controlled by Commander Builders, is running 24/7, between Malir Halt and Commander City. This shuttle service is providing the project a feasible connectivity with Karachi City in less than an hour time.
The project has become liveable from July, 2020
